Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Check-in is self-service with a smartlock. Optional early check-in and late check-out add-ons are offered separately, with details shared after booking, and they are never required.
How many guests are allowed, and are pets welcome?
The condo sleeps a maximum of 2 guests on one queen bed. Pets are not allowed, because a private HOA enforces a strict no-animals policy. Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.
Is there parking, and do I need a car?
Yes. Free on-site parking includes a car space plus a golf cart space with charging. Sayulita is a walkable town and the beach is a 7 minute walk, so many guests skip the car, while others rent a golf cart.
